• CCTV installation

2. Service Agreement

By availing our services, you agree to provide accurate information about your device or project requirements. PCreviver will not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made in full upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. PCreviver accepts various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers.

4. Warranty and Liability

• PC and Laptop Repair: We provide a 30-day warranty on repair services, covering only the parts replaced or repaired. This warranty does not cover any physical damage or misuse of the device after the service.
• CCTV Installation: Our installations come with a one-year warranty on workmanship. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by external factors such as weather or tampering.
• Door Alarm Lock Installation: A six-month warranty is provided for the installation. This warranty does not cover misuse or intentional damage.
• Printer Repair: A 30-day warranty is provided for repair services. This warranty covers only the parts replaced or repaired.
• Web and Software Development: We offer a three-month warranty for any bugs or issues arising from our development work.

5. Limitations of Liability

PCreviver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service provided.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of your devices and data. PCreviver is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. It is recommended that you back up your data before submitting your device for repair.

7. Privacy Policy

PCreviver is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and use personal information only for providing our services and communicating with you. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

8. Amendments

PCreviver reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PCreviver operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
